- July - August 2026 – Workshop, Tours, and Concurrent Sessions proposal submission open
- August 24, 2026 – Deadline for proposal submissions
- September 2026 – Notification of acceptance or rejection of proposals go out
- September 2026 – First Call for presentation abstract submissions
- October 2026 – Poster Session registration opens
- November 2026 – Final Call for presentation abstract submissions
- November/ December TBA – Deadline for presentation abstract submissions
- December 2026 – Notification of acceptance or rejection of abstracts Sent
- December 2026 – Early bird Conference registration opens
- December 2026 – Registration for Mentorship Program to open
- December 2026 – Registration for Conference Scholarships to open
- February 2027 – Early Bird Conference registration ends, and registration rates increase
- February 2027 - Deadline to register for a Scholarship (registration waiver)
- February 2027 - Scholarship recipients will be notified.
- March 2026 – Estimated Deadline for Sponsors to be included on printed Proceedings; please note that the exact date will be finalized in 2026.
- March 2027 – Deadline to register for the Mentorship Program
- March 2027 – Deadline to submit an Award Nomination via this form.
- March/April 2026 – Pre-Conference Mentorship Program kick-off meeting TBA
- April 2026 – Deadline to register for the Poster Session
- April 23, 2027 – Anticipated date that online Conference registration will close
- April 27 & 28, 2027 - Workshops and Tours, check-in begins at 8 am
- April 29 - 30, 2027 – 44th Annual Salmonid Restoration Conference, Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort (check-in begins at 8 am)
