Past Trainings:

Wednesday, January 7, 10am - 3pm

No previous GIS experience is required. Participants will learn core skills in ArcGIS Pro, including navigating the interface, working with vector and raster data, creating maps, and understanding foundational concepts such as coordinate systems, projections, and basic geospatial analysis.

Thursday, January 8, 10am - 3pm

This workshop assumes basic familiarity with ArcGIS Pro (opening projects, adding layers, simple edits, and navigating the ribbon/tools). We will build on those skills with hands-on workflows for some of the core GIS functionality within ArcPro: spatial analysis, creating and managing datasets, organizing geospatial projects, incorporating remote-sensing products, and producing high-quality maps for Tribal environmental and cultural resource work.
