This session can include presentations about the direct and indirect impacts of cannabis cultivation on the environment. Topics can also include advancements in tools, models, applications or technology that quantify cultivation, species response or water use; opportunities or partnerships that highlight the remediation and restoration of watersheds affected by cannabis cultivation; and case studies in areas where cannabis cultivation may be a primary driver in species or hydrologic responses.
