Public Comment Period Closes December 4 for Marshall Ranch Flow Enhancement Project

December 9, 2020: Humboldt County will be re-noticing the public comment period in January or February, 2021. All comments already received by the County will remain part of the public record.

The initial public comment period has ended for the proposed Marshall Ranch Streamflow Enhancement Project.

SRF has created a Marshall Ranch Flow Enhancement project page so community members and stakeholders can learn more about the project. We have also posted the 90% Basis of Design Report so community members and stakeholders can see the BOD and the studies that have already been conducted. Additionally, there are several presentations and recordings on our website that can help you learn more about this flow enhancement project and the fire suppression components.

The Humboldt County Planning and Building Department will receive public comments on the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration from November 4 to December 4, 2020. There are several options to provide public comment. Please include the project number (PLN-2019-15661) in your comments.
