2025 Conference Proceedings Now Posted

The digital version of the 2025 Conference Proceedings, printed by courtesy of the Department of Water Resources, is now available online. Printed copies will be available to registrants at the 42nd Annual Salmonid Restoration Conference in Santa Cruz, California from April 29 - May 2, 2025.

2025 SRF Conference Wednesday Night Social

Please join SRF and cohorts for a fun film screening and book signing event on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the Resource Center for Non-Violence. The program will include Wild and Scenic film shorts, and a book reading and signing with conservation advocate and author of the Bay Area Wildlife – an Irreverent Guide, Jeff Miller.

Limited seating available! Doors open at 6:00 pm for libations and networking. Film screening and book signing at 7:00 pm. Learn more and buy tickets here

2025 SRF Conference Awards Banquet Dinner
Friday May 2, 2025

Please join us to celebrate the illustrious Restorationist of the Year Award, the Golden Pipe Award for Innovation, the Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Gordon Becker Memorial River Advocate Award.

The Banquet features a gourmet dinner, a fun-filled cabaret, an awards ceremony to honor our restoration heroes, and a lively dance band.

Occidental Arts and Ecology Center (OAEC) is excited to formally launch the Fuels to Flows Campaign that advocates for the reintegration of fire and "fuel" load management with the “flows” of the carbon, water and life cycles. Truckee River Watershed Council RFPs and RFBs

In 2025, TRWC will release several Requests for Proposals and Requests for Bids for restoration design, construction, environmental compliance, permit assistance, etc. Current projects and deadlines are posted here.

Monitoring and Evaluation of Salmonid Habitat Restoration

The Monitoring and Evaluation of Salmonid Habitat Restoration team, a CDFW and PSMFC partnership, monitors the effectiveness of a sample of salmonid habitat restoration projects permitted by the Fisheries Restoration Grant Program. Brief case study reports from 2024 monitoring efforts have been added to CalFish at Monitoring and Evaluation of Salmonid Habitat Restoration (MESHR) Case Study Reports.
