Online Water Transaction Workshop

SRF and Trout Unlimited hosted an online Water Transaction Workshop at 5:30 pm on January 18, 2022. This workshop was designed for landowners to learn more about flow enhancement efforts in Mendocino County, winter water storage for use in the summer, and the permitting pathways for various types of water projects both domestic and agricultural. Suggested donation was $10 but anyone could attend this workshop by registering.

This workshop highlighted the basics of riparian and appropriative water rights, flow enhancement opportunities in coastal watersheds, and permitting pathways for water storage.
