Santa Ynez River and Gaviota Coast Fish Passage Tour

This all day tour will visited multiple fish passage projects with a wide variety of implemented designs. Discussions at each site included the design and permit process, construction, and fish passage performance. Site visits were for the Santa Ynez River basin: Hilton Creek (Hilton Creek Watering System), Quiota Creek (Crossings 1, 2, 6 and 7), Salsipuedes Creek (Highway 1 and Jalama Road), and El Jaro Creek (Cross Creek Ranch and Rancho San Julian); and for the Gaviota Coast: Arroyo Hondo Creek (Highway 101 culvert retrofit).
