There will be a LCD projector and a laptop in each room at the conference. If you have a powerpoint presentation please have it on a CD or flash drive so the AV technicians can install it on the laptop in advance of their session. The AV support station will be available starting at 7:30 am and during the lunch break. Your presentation must work on a PC.
