The weekend published rates for our accommodations in 2006 will range between $225 and $350 per night.  We are prepared to offer lovely Ocean View rooms at $199 per night or lovely Standard rooms at $169 per night for Tuesday, February 21, 2006 - Sunday, February 26, 2006.  SPECIAL RATE for guests staying three or more nights:  $169 for Ocean View, $139 for Standard room.  These rates have been based on single or double occupancy, for approximately 150 room nights and a minimum two night stay for Saturday night reservations.  This group rate will be offered to your guests who elect to arrive up to two days before or depart up to two days after the meeting. Tax is 12 percent.
