Who's Who on SRF's Board of Directors

Don Allan (President) is a manager with Natural Resources Services (NRS) division and is responsible for overseeing project coordinators and other NRS staff members in implementing watershed restoration and planning projects.

Steve Allen (alternate) is a licensed civil engineer with Winzler & Kelly. He has worked in fisheries related design and stream restoration since 1996.

Jenn Aspittle is a full-time Aquatic Ecologist for Stillwater Sciences focusing on freshwater salmonid habitat in the Pacific Northwest, such as urban stream health, population modeling and limiting factors analyses, hydroelectric power relicensing, and instream flow requirements. 

Andy Baker (alternate) is an Engineering Geologist for the North Coast Water Quality Control Board.

Don Baldwin (alternate) is a Biologist with the California Department of Fish and Game, Marine Region in San Luis Obispo where he is working on Fishery-Independent Marine Research.

Sean Carlson is an Associate Environmental Specialist with the Metropolitan Water District as and is also finishing up a master's degree in Environmental Policy and Planning. 

Rob Dickerson is the North Coast Coho Project Manager for Trout Unlimited in Santa Rosa.

Jodi Frediani is the Chair of the Forestry Task Force of the Santa Cruz Group of the Ventana Chapter of the Sierra Club.

Joelle Geppert is an Environmental Engineer with the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board on landslide remediation, fluvial processes and sediment transport.

Allen Harthorn (Vice-President) founded and organized Butte Creek Watershed Conservancy and Friends of Butte Creek. He is the President of the California Watershed Network and also serves on the board of the Northern California Regional Land Trust in Chico.

Josh Israel started working on salmonid restoration in 1997 inventorying streams and fish in Siuslaw National Forest. He recieved a Ph.D. in Ecology on the conservation genetics of green sturgeon from UC-Davis in 2007. Currently, he is a researcher at UC-Davis focused on assessing, monitoring, and informing management of California's sturgeon and salmonids.   

Jennifer Jenkins is the Supervising Planner for the Natural Resources Division with the County of Humboldt.  Her current duties include providing regional management services for the Proposition 50 funded North Coast Integrated Regional Water Management Planning and Implementation Grants. 

Dave Kajtaniak works as a fisheries biologist for the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission within the California Department of Fish and Game's Coastal Watershed Assessment Program. He is currently performing a watershed assessment of the San Luis Rey River in San Diego County.

Zoltan Matica works for Department of Water Resources on Sacramento and San Joaquin River restoration projects.

Margo Moorhouse is a fisheries biologist and is the Lindsay Creek Watershed Coordinator.

Kent Reeves is a wildlife biologist and the Principal Natural Resources Planner with the Yolo County Department of Parks and Natural Resources. 

Will Pier performs fisheries research and restoration with the Sonoma Ecology Center.
